Wireless digital thermometer OEM/ODM/Private labelling

Are you looking to launch a wearable thermometer under your own brand, without building a factory to make it? Talk to us about our smart thermometer OEM solution! You bring the brand and the market. We bring the sensor, the firmware, the app, the certification files, and the production line that builds them.

What comes with your private label thermometer

The software, the paperwork and the packaging that come with the device.

App, SDK and API integration

A companion app carrying your brand, and — if your business already runs its own app or platform — mobile SDK access so the readings flow straight into it.

Regulatory file support

Registration in your market is usually the slowest part. We supply the technical documentation behind our Class II NMPA registration and ISO 13485 system to support your local filing.

Retail-ready localisation

Packaging, manuals and product documentation localised for your language and market, so the kit can go on a shelf or a listing without further work.

Why choose us as your thermometer OEM manufacturer

What a private label buyer checks before anything else.

Factory-direct

We are a wearable thermometer manufacturer in China with our own line — we design it, we build it, under an ISO 13485 quality system and our own medical device manufacturing licence.

Certification-ready

Our sensor and firmware are already registered as a Class II medical device in China. This means you have the core regulatory documentation to complete the local medical registration. No need to start from scratch.

Accuracy already proven

Calibration and QC validated to ±0.2°C clinical accuracy, on a platform with more than 500 million real-world temperature readings behind it.

Thermometer assembly benches and packed cartons on the Longgang production floor

Our production capacity and supply guarantee

Your brand is built in our own plant in Longgang, Shenzhen. We own the building, hold the medical device production licence for it (Guangdong FDA Production License No. 20224699) and run it under ISO 13485, with assembly, unit-level calibration, testing and packing all on one floor. Your run is scheduled into that capacity rather than placed with a subcontractor, which is why the benches that build the first unit build the ten-thousandth. Tell us the volumes and launch dates you are planning and we will confirm the schedule against them.

Trusted by leading events and hospitals

The hardware under a private label kit is not a new design waiting for its first deployment. It has already run venue operations at Beijing 2022, three hospital networks and a 50-site city rollout — at ±0.2°C clinical accuracy, under NMPA Class II registration, with more than 500 million real-world readings behind it.

FAQ

Thermometer OEM and ODM FAQs

What do I actually have to provide for a private label thermometer project?

A brand name and logo, a visual direction for the device and packaging, your target market, and expected volumes. Hardware, firmware, calibration, app development, quality control, regulatory documentation and export logistics are all handled on our side.

What's included in a thermometer OEM partnership?

An existing P20 product supplied under your own brand, typically with rebranded packaging and app labelling while the underlying sensor and firmware remain unchanged — the fastest of our partnership models to bring to market.

Can P20 data feed into an app or platform we already run?

Yes. Alongside the branded companion app, our mobile SDK is available so readings can flow into your own digital system. See our SDK & system integration page if software integration is the main thing you need.

Do you help with regulatory registration in our market?

We provide the technical documentation covering our NMPA Class II registration and ISO 13485 quality system to support your local filing. Registration requirements vary by country, so we confirm the specific document set with you for your target market.

We need to be recognised as a local manufacturer in our country. Is that possible?

That is what our SKD programme is for — we supply components for assembly on your side rather than finished goods, which in many markets is what local-manufacturer status and the associated policy benefits require.

Are you a wearable thermometer manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a manufacturer — P20 is designed, engineered and produced in-house on our own licensed line under ISO 13485, not sourced from a third-party factory and resold.
