One night with a wearable fever monitor

P20 is designed for the hours when caregivers cannot keep checking manually. The sensor stays on the body, records every 5 seconds and only interrupts sleep when the alert threshold is reached or when an abnormal drop suggests the blanket has been kicked off.

10:30 PM
Child feels warm. Stick on P20.
Apply the hypoallergenic patch to the P20 sensor, then place the patched sensor under the armpit so it stays in close contact with the skin. Open the app and set the fever alert threshold before bedtime. From that moment, P20 begins recording every 5 seconds, so the caregiver does not need to wake the child repeatedly or rely on a few remembered spot checks.
Setup complete
12:15 AM
37.8°C — rising, but under threshold.
The temperature is moving upward, but it has not crossed the selected alert point. P20 keeps logging silently in the background, building a clear fever curve that shows whether the rise is gradual, fast or unstable, while the caregiver can continue sleeping.
Monitoring silently
2:13 AM
Alert — 38.6°C. Your phone buzzes.
The threshold has now been crossed, so the app alerts the caregiver at the moment action may be needed. Instead of discovering the fever hours later, the caregiver sees the current reading, the rising trend and the timing of the spike in one place.
Fever alert fired
3:40 AM
Sudden drop detected.
During a fever night, a child who becomes uncovered may show an unusual change in skin temperature. P20 identifies the pattern and alerts the caregiver so they can check the child promptly.
Kick-blanket alert
7:00 AM
The full night curve is ready to review.
In the morning, the caregiver has more than a single number. The full curve shows fever onset, peak, response after medicine and later changes, making it easier to explain the night to a doctor or decide whether the child needs further observation.

Key features of the P20 wearable thermometer

24h wearable fever monitoring — every 5 seconds

24h wearable fever monitoring — every 5 seconds

A manual thermometer only captures the moment you remember to check. P20 stays attached to the body and records every 5 seconds, turning the night into a readable fever curve with peaks, drops and recovery trends.

  • Records every 5 seconds and builds a complete fever curve
  • Catches spikes that manual spot-checks can miss
  • Runs up to 7 days on a single CR1225 coin battery
Custom fever alerts at the threshold you choose

Custom fever alerts at the threshold you choose

Caregivers decide what temperature triggers an alert. Set 38.5°C, for example, and P20 stays silent below that level, then sends an alert the moment the threshold is crossed.

  • Custom alert threshold per child or patient
  • Audible alarm plus push notification
  • Escalating alerts if temperature keeps rising
Kick-blanket detection

Kick-blanket detection

P20 detects the skin-temperature pattern associated with a child becoming uncovered and alerts the caregiver, supporting a quick check during sleep.

  • Detects sudden temperature drops during sleep
  • Alert prompts a quick blanket check
  • Useful for infants and children who cannot self-report discomfort
Remote monitoring and shared care

Remote monitoring and shared care

Live readings can be shared with family members or caregivers, so a working parent, grandparent or night caregiver can follow the same fever curve from different locations.

  • One-tap sharing of live readings with family
  • Multiple viewers on a single device
  • Exportable temperature history for doctor visits
P20 bedside terminal, a standalone display showing the current body temperature and the one-hour maximum

Bedside terminal option for simple viewing

For users who do not want to rely on a smartphone, the bedside terminal shows live temperature on a larger display and can provide a local high-temperature alarm.

  • Live temperature on a large bedside display
  • Body-temperature and room-temperature modes
  • Built-in audible high-temperature alarm

Who a wireless digital thermometer is for

Where a single reading is not enough.

New parents

First fever, first time. Don't face it alone.

Continuous data and clear alert thresholds turn anxious guessing into confident decisions during a baby's first fever.

Working parents

At the office, never out of the loop.

Live readings shared with the caregiver at home, and an alert the moment fever spikes — step out only when it actually matters.

Remote family

Grandparents far away can still keep watch.

Family sharing in the app, and the bedside terminal shows temperature on a large screen with zero smartphone setup.

Women's health

Basal body temperature, tracked continuously.

0.01°C resolution and continuous overnight readings give a far more reliable BBT baseline than one-off morning checks.

How to use the P20 wearable thermometer

Nothing to learn, nothing to charge, nothing to remember at three in the morning.

1

Peel & stick

Apply the hypoallergenic patch to the P20 sensor, then place the patched sensor under the armpit so it stays in close contact with the skin.

2

Pair & set the alert

Install the phone app, and scan the thermometer QR code for auto-pairing. Then set the fever alert threshold.

3

Sleep. It watches.

P20 records every 5 seconds and wakes you only when the threshold is crossed — not before.

FAQ

P20 wireless digital thermometer FAQs

What makes P20 different from other wireless smart thermometers?

Many consumer wireless thermometers are designed mainly for convenient tracking, not for clinical reference-level accuracy. P20 is built around a high-precision body-temperature sensor and calibrated measurement design, with accuracy within ±0.2°C against mercury thermometer reference readings and about ±0.5°C compared with typical ear-thermometer readings. That is why P20 has been used in clinics, hospitals and large-scale fever-monitoring projects, and why both clinicians and parents trust it for fever observation.

If I already have a forehead, ear or mercury thermometer, why do I still need P20?

Forehead, ear and mercury thermometers are useful for spot checks, but they only show the temperature at the moment you measure. P20 is most valuable overnight: it keeps recording while the child sleeps, alerts caregivers when the fever threshold is crossed, and shows whether temperature is rising, falling or responding after medication. Parents do not need to keep getting up to check manually.

Is P20 a stick-on thermometer or does it need to be held?

P20 is a stick-on wearable thermometer. A hypoallergenic adhesive patch is applied to the sensor first, and the other side of the patch attaches under the armpit to keep the sensor in close contact with the skin during monitoring. This lets caregivers track temperature without repeated manual measurements.

Is P20 suitable as a smart thermometer for both babies and adults?

Yes. The same sensor and patch are used across ages, from babies to elderly adults. The alert threshold, receiving device and monitoring workflow can be configured for home fever care, senior care or clinical observation.

How does P20 decide when to send a fever alert?

Caregivers set the alert threshold in the app. P20 stays silent below that value and sends an immediate alert when the threshold is crossed. It can also flag a sudden skin-temperature change that may indicate a feverish child has become uncovered.

What's included in a P20 kit?

Each kit includes the P20 sensor, hypoallergenic skin patches, a CR1225 battery and a storage case. For distributor, clinical, or OEM/ODM cooperation, contact our expert team to discuss packaging, documentation and market support.

Do you support OEM, ODM, SKD or private label cooperation?

Yes. We can discuss OEM, ODM, SKD and private label cooperation for qualified partners, including packaging, product documentation, training materials and export support based on the target market.

Can P20 work without a smartphone?

Yes. P20 can be used with a companion app for mobile viewing, and a bedside terminal option is available for users who prefer a larger local display and a simple high-temperature alarm without relying only on a phone.
