What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ starts from 10 units, with volume pricing tiers above that. Distributor and OEM programmes are quoted separately based on territory, annual volume and whether private labelling or custom development is involved. Tell us your expected volume in the enquiry form and we will quote the applicable tier.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Sample units are available for evaluation, and we recommend them for distributors assessing the product and for facilities planning a pilot. Mention sample requirements in your enquiry and our export team will include terms in the reply.
How quickly will I get a reply?
Within one business day, Monday to Friday, from our export team in Shenzhen. If your enquiry involves OEM, ODM or CDMO scoping, the first reply will typically propose a call to establish requirements before we quote.
What certification documents do you provide to distributors?
P20 holds NMPA Class II registration (Reg. 粤核注准 20202070453) and is manufactured under an ISO 13485 quality management system on our own licensed line. We provide the technical documentation distributors need to support registration in their own market — regulatory requirements vary by country, so tell us your target market.
Do you supply hospitals and facilities directly?
Yes. Facility deployments of the Digital Temperature Monitoring System — gateways, cloud dashboard and nurse console — are handled by our deployment team, typically starting with a pilot ward before scaling. Select the deployment option in the enquiry form and describe your setting.
